Tiglin

The vision Tiglin has for the service is to provide an evidenced based mentorship program to all young people living at the Jigginstown House facility. A warm and friendly person-centered approach which supports the educational, training, employment and social needs of residents will be offered to all. The aim will be to empower each resident to secure full autonomy with independence over their lives and to become a valued member of the local community.

Emphasis will be placed upon mentoring and supporting the young person in the areas of employment, education or training through the facilitation of work experience, apprenticeship programmes and employment opportunities. We will develop personalised individual plans (PIP) in partnership with each resident at Jigginstown House.
